Brownsville is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Brownsville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Excellent pan dulce. Recently moved to Brownsville from California and I'm looking great pan dulce. I've tried 3 different spots that were decent but DeAyala seems to be the best so far. Soft conchas, and the empanadas were super tasty! Reasonable prices actually lower than other places I've been to. Recommend this bakery if you have not yet been. π

Iβm a Texas transplant from East Los Angeles California and I love pan Dulceπ€. I found DeAyala on an online search and Iβm glad I did. Excellent pan Dulce, the conchas were soft and super tasty, not overly sweet but just right! The pineapple empanadas were great!! Priced right! I recommend DeAyala and Iβll be coming back for sure.

The absolute best bakery in Brownsville. We love this place so much that every time we are in town we stop by. The cookies, concha and just everything is so delicious. If your in town its a must stop for authentic Mexican pastries. The place is always full of customers every time we've visited. Its very clean, the staff very nice.
